Meet Kimberly
As a life and executive coach, I'm passionate about helping high-performing women redefine success on their own terms and create lives that feel as good as they look on paper.
For years, I worked in executive leadership and human resources, partnering with individuals and organizations to drive growth, performance, and meaningful change. While I loved the impact of that work, I also witnessed a pattern again and again — talented, driven people achieving external success while quietly feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled.
My own journey mirrored this reality.
Through seasons of growth, reinvention, and deep self-discovery, I learned that true success isn’t built through constant striving or meeting someone else’s expectations. It’s created through clarity, alignment, and the courage to live in harmony with what truly matters.
Today, I blend strategic leadership experience with heart-centered coaching to support ambitious women in moving from burnout and over-effort into clarity, confidence, and sustainable momentum. Together, we uncover their authentic vision of success and build the mindset, habits, and aligned action needed to bring it to life — with greater ease, fulfillment, and impact.
